Biofouling
DHI’s Maritime Technology Evaluation Facility is very suitable for biofouling experiments. We have the possibility to establish ambient biofilm on plates for testing the efficacy of e.g., cleaning instruments/ROV’s (Remotely Operated Vehicles), paints, and we carry out ecotoxicity tests, risk assessment of effluent water, quantify leaching, etc.
Verification of ballast water monitoring equipment
DHI A/S offers verification tests for determining ballast water compliance monitoring of indicative analysis methods conducted with easy-to-use, portable equipment. Have your compliance monitoring device validated in the DHI ballast water laboratories.
